Can't buy ticket via your website as my nationality

Hello,

I was trying to buy ticket for Machu Picchu but unsuccessful due to my Nationality is Hong Kong which is special administrative region of China, Hong Kong and China do not share the same Passport number format, so, there is no Hong Kong available on website but my passport format wasn't match to China which I can't through the step to purchase.

What am I support to do ? Kindly pls give me some advise.

Hello Jackie,

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, we just saw the error, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please give us your passport number by email, and then chose China and we will change it manually to Hong Kong. Enter this passport number so it will be accepted by the system. We will change the nationality and the number so you can get it correct on your ticket.

We are also working on correcting our website.
